my raid experience aint great but ino most tactics...just always had to pug and pugs fail alot

a lot of unenchanted/socketed gear, bad gemming far as i can tell, and the spec misses some vital talents.

Enchantments and gems can be changed as they need to. See i just applied to Lunacy and thats how they told me to gem the gear...but then seeing as my mate rob (partharos) is in this guild he advised me to apply here instead

Lunacy are a pretty clueless guild .

Overall gemming isnt too bad apart from the mp5. But no enchants shows lack of dedication to the cause also we have around 2-3 ele shamans at the moment but final word with umor.

Is my whole point. If you dont want to get the best out of what you currently have it shows little effort or willingness to be the best you currently can. Sure if your full of greens dont enchant but your gear isn't "that" bad.

ok you have a fair point there...wasnt thinking of it that way. was more money saving wise.
im getting the enchants today and also changing the head enchant

done all my enchants and sockets now...just need an accept or decline =]
