Waste of time!

Sorry but I must say that!
Making a raid group is a big waste of time! I can't understand why You just not inv everyone from calendar and sort it. If raid starts at 20:00, we should start trashes on 20:10, not 20:40 like yesterday. For 4 hours raiding it is not good at @ll.
Invs should go @ 19:30-40 and everyone should be inside about 19:59. And now - noone should speak with mobs until RL will do this.

Seriously, the biggest thing that I have any disagreement is standing like "raid will be called after killing of Mimiron, even if it takes until ...."! It can't be like this because this will not be encouragement for most of guild.

Everyone can be tired, bored or smth else, so i think that statement of RL should be more diplomatic

A lot of ppl can actually log at 19.50 or even 19.55 as evenings in work days are always busy, with most ppl not being in front of computer 24/7, including me and sometimes even Umor. So if u want to be in front of Ulduar at 19.30 do it. Still it is a good idea for all to learn to fly instead of w8ing for summon in dalaran...

Not for me to say but When i used to be here raid starting at 20 meant that I would finish invites at 20 on the dot then move quickly for raid starting at 20.15 or earlier if everyone was prepared. On weds when sorting flame lev would start later due to morons taking forever to sort tanks etc.

we start later we stay longer, it's no problem. 10-15 min isn't much.

Not exactly Shadowskil. As Sevt said, people have work and can't raid for whole night. If RL says - RAID STARTS 20:00 - we know that we are starting to fight @ 20:00, not preparing raid. I know that everyone has some things in life - it is normal. But we must understand also other thing - everyone must wake up in the morning and go to work so... 24:00 is deadline for me :/

Some excerptions may be on way but not everyday....

So Thursday 23.23 and we are on yogg...what was it about " waste of time " ?
